  • Ability to dust furniture to maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
  • Capability to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Knowledge and experience in making beds and changing sheets to ensure proper hygiene and comfort.
  • Dedication to distributing clean towels and toiletries to ensure proper hygiene and comfort.
  • Capability to stock the linen closet to ensure proper availability of supplies.
  • Ability to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Responsibility for cleaning and disinfecting elevators to ensure proper safety and hygiene.
  • Capability to handle and report lost and found items to ensure proper management and customer satisfaction.
  • Dedication to responding to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items to ensure a positive and productive customer experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in providing basic facility information to ensure proper customer service.
  • Capability to pick up debris and empty trash cans to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
